2013 Rental Prices
Field Rentals:
Soccer/Football Fields- $50/hr no lights and $70/hr with lights
Softball/Baseball Fields- $50/game or practice with no lights and $95/game or practice with lights
Field Rentals for Tournaments- $175 per field per day not including lights
Stewart Gym Rental:
New Windsor Teams- $65/hr (teams must have 50% players from New Windsor)
Non New Windsor Teams- $75/hr
Community Center Rental
New Windsor Residents- $300 for five hours and $50/hr each additional hour
Non New Windsor Residents- $350 for five hours and $50/hr each additional hour
Security Deposit of $250 required in order to book the Community Center. This will be mailed to you after the date of the party if the building is left the way it was found cleaned up and with no damages, as well as if the party ends at the correct time etc.
Early Set-Up Fee of $50 required if you want to get in before your scheduled time to set up
Rental Rules:
*Full payment and proof of insurance are required at time of booking.
*House hold credit will be granted for cancellations only if proper notice is given or if weather related.
*No refunds for Community Center Rental Cancellations what-so-ever.
*Single game or practice rentals require at least 24 hour notice to cancel unless weather related.
*Tournaments require six weeks notice to cancel.
*Town of New Windsor events have first priority over non town sponsored teams or events.
