Field Rentals:
Soccer/Football Fields- $45/hr no lights and $55/hr with lights
Softball/Baseball Fields- $45/game or practice with no lights and $75/game or practice with lights
Field Rentals for Tournaments- $150 per field per day not including lights
Gym Rental:
Stewart Gym- $60/hr
Building Rental:
Community Center- $250 for four hours and $50/hr each additonal hour
Rental Rules:
Full payment and proof of insurance are required at time of booking. (forms of payment accepted are cash, check, and Visa and Mastercard credit cards)
No refunds will be granted for cancellations unless proper notice is given or if weather related.
- Single game or practice rentals require at least 24 hour notice to cancel.
- Tournaments require six weeks notice to cancel.
Town of New Windsor events have first priority over non town sponsored teams or events.
